Texas GI accepts most insurance plans (see full list below), as well as cash, check or credit card for patients without insurance.

Insurance

When using your insurance to cover your procedures, please bring your current insurance card and photo I.D. As a convenience to you, Texas GI will file your claim, however all co-pays, co-insurance payments, or deductibles are due at time of service. If you have questions about coverage, co-pays, co-insurance payments or deductibles, please contact your insurance provider directly.

The Cost of Your Procedure

Because you are responsible for costs for covered healthcare services until you reach your deductible, you should comparison shop if you elect to have a nonemergency procedure.

You can use tools like Healthcare Bluebook and the Medicare Procedure Price Lookup (for Medicare patients).  Many health insurance websites also provide information on where to find in-network services.

Payment Options without Insurance

If you do not have insurance, Texas GI accepts cash, checks or credit cards for payment of services.

Endoscopy = $750 (includes facility fees; excludes consultation, anesthesia and doctor fees). Contact the physicians’ offices at 972.681.2226 for additional information.

Flexible Sigmoidoscopy = $300 (includes facility fees; excludes consultation, anesthesia and doctor fees). Contact the physicians’ offices at 972.681.2226 for additional information.

Online Payment Options

Texas GI makes it easy and convenient to pay your bills online. There will be separate billing for physician, pathology and laboratory fees, when they apply. If you have questions about your bill or need to make payment arrangements, please contact the billing office at 972-270-3590.
